It started with my dad. He hired a company to clean the dryer vent at his house, and by the time the job was done, he'd been charged $160 for what should have been a straightforward service. That got me looking into the industry and what I found was a lot of homeowners getting burned the same way, especially through sketchy offers popping up on social platforms.
 

The more I dug in, the more I realized how many essential home maintenance tasks just get overlooked every year. Dryer vent cleaning and water heater flushing are two of the biggest examples, simple services that keep your home safer and your appliances running longer Most people don't even know they need these until something breaks down or worse, becomes a fire hazard.
 

I saw an opportunity to build something that actually helps, a company with fair, transparent pricing and honest work, focused on the maintenance homeowners tend to forget. So I started QC Flow Solutions to be that company the one I wish my dad had been able to call.
 

Right now, it's just me, but the plan is to grow. As the business scales, my goal is to bring on employees and pay them living wages, building a team that takes the same care in every home we work in that I'd want for my own family.
